Lusia is the Chief Operations Officer at SG5 Enterprises and is responsible for assuring all SG5's endeavors embodies the highest standards of quality and service as the company continues to expand its portfolio.
This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring operational excellence throughout all of SG5's business processes and practices. In addition, Lusia oversees business innovation, professional services, information technology, and security organizations.
Lusia is known among many industry leaders as a quality-driven and ambitious trailblazer. She brings a strong track record of numerous career successes. From managing small to large initiatives to running multifaceted cross-functional organizations, for almost 20 years, Lusia has helped guide IT and Business strategy, processes, and application implementation efforts. In addition to her various achievements and successes, she is best recognized and very well regarded for her personal initiatives that push towards results while establishing strong business relationships along the way in challenging and highly demanding environments.
Before joining SG5 Enterprises, Lusia oversaw Performance-Based Contacts, Network Adequacy, Printed and Online Provider Directory data, and the Network Operations and System Administration activities for a health plan in the Colorado Region.
Preceding her time at the health plan, Lusia was an IT Strategy Manager within Accenture’s IT Strategy and Transformation Practice. There she led and supported project portfolio management system implementations, business process analysis, and redesign engagements across multiple industries (agriculture, telecom, government, e-commerce, automotive, and more).
Lusia holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration with a Concentration in Global Business Management from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
